Questions We Get a Lot
Infrared saunas use carbon heating panels to warm the body directly at lower ambient temperatures, making them a gentler option for longer sessions. Traditional barrel saunas use a wood-burning or electric heater to heat the air around you, producing a classic, higher-heat experience. The right choice comes down to personal preference, available space, and how you like to unwind.
Many of our outdoor saunas are built from solid wood construction specifically designed to perform in colder conditions and varying weather. Barrel saunas in particular retain heat efficiently thanks to their curved structure and solid wood walls. We recommend reviewing the individual product details to confirm the temperature range and weather suitability before purchasing.
Inflatable hot tubs are designed to be set up by the customer without special tools — most require only a flat surface, a nearby power outlet, and time to inflate and fill. Maintenance involves regular filter changes and water care, with the included filter cartridges providing a straightforward starting point. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for water chemistry and storage to extend the life of your spa.

About Our Outdoor Spas and Saunas
Outdoor saunas and hot tubs have become a centerpiece of the modern backyard — not as an indulgence, but as a considered investment in how you spend your time at home. Whether freestanding in a garden corner or positioned on a deck, these structures create a dedicated space for stillness, warmth, and quiet ritual that is difficult to replicate indoors. Infrared models use radiant heat panels to warm gradually at lower temperatures, while traditional wood-heated designs offer a classic, high-heat atmosphere. Barrel constructions are particularly well suited to outdoor use, with their curved walls and solid timber providing natural insulation against colder seasons. Hot tubs, whether inflatable or structured, extend the usefulness of an outdoor space well into the evening and across the year. When choosing, consider capacity, heating method, materials, and how the structure will complement your existing outdoor layout. The best choice is one that fits your space, your routine, and the way you want to experience your backyard.
